The den is fully closed with a sliding door, furnished, and ideal for someone looking for a convenient and well-located place to stay.

The apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, living area, appliances) and shared with one French roommate. A private bathroom is included. The household is calm and respectful.

Internet is included. Utilities are not included and are shared with the other roommate.

The building offers great amenities, including a gym, pool, sauna, hot tub (spa), 24/7 concierge and security, as well as shared outdoor amenities.

The stay is for 6 months, with a possible renewal to be discussed with the landlord.

Rent is payable starting February, with the possibility to move in as early as January 24, offering up to 7 days free.

Two months of rent are currently held by the landlord. The incoming tenant would reimburse the existing advance.
