Pet-friendly (cats, dogs, other well-behaved pets welcome! All species encouraged!)

The yard IS fully fenced. However, some points could use improvement, so it may not be the best fit for someone with a runner, jumper, or anxious dog.

Rent is $1000/month Fortis + high-speed internet included BCHydro - First $150 month included, any overage will be split equally by remaining roommates (hasn’t happened, but is part of the roommate agreement, so I want to be upfront)

$250 security deposit (additional pet deposit where applicable)

Roommate agreement in place (Small Claims enforceable, not RTB) I’m happy to send a copy for reference and answer any questions

👥 You’ll be sharing the home with three working adults (no couples) and a few friendly pets (1 cat & 1 dog). The vibe here is calm, inclusive, queer- and neurodivergent-friendly, and not a party house. We’re clean, respectful, and value open communication. Guests are welcome, but please observe quiet hours and maintain mutual respect.

We do our best to keep things tidy with regular cleaning and the use of air purifiers, but some pet hair and dander may still be present. Those with allergies, please be aware!
