My name is Gustavo Adan, I’m a civil engineer, and I have one room available in my spacious house located at 811 E 18th Ave, Vancouver, BC.

You would be sharing the house with only two other people: myself and my roommate Sofía. Sofía is a student from Toronto who loves art, music, and climbing. We are respectful, easygoing, and value a calm, positive living environment.

I’m looking for a roommate who wants to live in a good, spacious, and respectful home, where everyone has room to breathe and make the space their own. It’s all about good vibes, respect, and community.

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in East Vancouver. Several bus lines are within a short walk, including: • Bus 8 (Fraser St) • Bus 19 (Kingsway)

Both connect easily to downtown and other key areas of the city — very convenient for commuting or getting around.

Rent & Details • Rent: $900 CAD/month include internet • Utilities: Bc hydro approximately $50/month • Deposit: Half a month’s rent • Available: Now or February 1st
