The apartment is located right in the middle of downtown Calgary on the 12th floor, with great views and unbeatable access to everything. The building sits directly above shops like Dollarama, Yi Fang, and convenience stores, so daily errands are effortless. Transit is excellent, with the closest C-Train station about a 4-minute walk away and multiple bus routes nearby.

The unit itself is fully furnished except for the bedroom, and the building includes great amenities like a gym, pool, and party room. It’s a very central, walkable location that’s ideal for someone working or studying downtown.

Move-in is flexible and can be anytime starting at the beginning of the month; sooner is better.

You’d be living with me. I’ve graduated and work full-time, so I’m out of the apartment a lot during the day. I’m outgoing, friendly, and easy to live with. I keep the place clean and organized (there’s even a Roomba that handles most of the cleaning).

I’m pretty relaxed overall, noise doesn’t bother me, friends are welcome, and I’m not overly strict about lifestyle as long as the shared spaces are kept clean and respected. Smoking is fine but must be outside the unit.
