Room is 9’3“ x 8’9“. 2nd floor of a 3 story building. South facing apartment with a spacious living room, so sunlight all day. Furnished except for the bedroom. Includes dishwasher, and washer / dryer in unit.
Apartment is near Bute and Davie in a lovely neighbourhood, there’s a breka and YMCA 2 blocks away, and it’s just over a 10 minute walk from Sunset Beach. Apartment can be pet friendly subject to property manager approval.
My roommate is moving out to live with his partner. Will accept applications for move in any time in January, though preference given to earlier move in date.

About the roomies
Apartment is shared with me - I’m 29, work in the film industry, don’t party, but do enjoy having friends over for boardgames and staying active. I’m quiet and respectful, and often away for weeks at a time for work.
I’m friends with some UBC students and grads living in the same building and we’ll often go on Breka runs together or host movie nights. So it can be a very social place - but it’s really what you make of it! Thanks for taking a look at the listing :)
