Sadly after only 3 months my roommate had a family emergency and left the country - hence why I am looking for a new roommate for a new one year’s lease.

I’ve managed to reduce rent from $1,800 to $1,650 and covered all basic furnishing costs myself in order to find the right person quickly. I love living here because it is incredibly peaceful, quiet, safe and clean.

You’ll only be sharing the space with me, ensuring a calm and private environment.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.

You can use the living room area as your office and enjoy more space for your things.

You can also use the Den as a walk in closet if you have more things.
