Date to fully occupy: FEB 1, 2026 The small room is vacant right now meaning you can occupy the small room anytime for a lower rent and the current renter will vacate the larger master bedroom Jan 31, 2026, where you will have both rooms per the agreement as of Feb 1, 2026 unless they vacate sooner.

Private Room 1) Master bedroom is approx 12x12 with a window facing the backyard. The room has one closet and one shelf. The room will come with a mini fridge/freezer, a computer desk and chair.

Private Room 2) keyed entry with your private key. Small bedroom is beside the master bedroom approx 9x8.6 with a window facing the backyard/side of house. The room has two closets. The room will come with a computer desk and chair, a bar height table with two stools.

House Amentities included: -Central Air in summer. -Ability to put a portable ac in your room in the summer months for $25 extra per month ($75 total)

This is my rental unit. I live here with my two golden retriever dogs. I am a working, clean , quiet professional who’s 40. I have been living here for just over 2 years now. I am seeking a clean, responsible and quiet roommate!! I enjoy living here and have great neighbours. I also have a backyard that we can share in the summer , whether that’s relaxing in the back or BBQ-ing.

The house is a ranch style two level bungalow type with 4 bedrooms.

At the front of the house, I have 1 roommate and he is very quiet and clean. He is 27 and a recent grad from Mohawk college. He has been living here for over 1.5 years.

It’s expected we all do our share and are responsible for the cleaning inside this property at all times.
