Hi! I’m Samantha. I’m looking for someone to join a shared two level house living arrangement. You will have your own large bedroom with a big closet. We will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living room on the main level.

My brother is the primary lease holder and repairman of the house. We have a property manager for more complex repairs. My brother has his own private one bedroom basement suite with a separate side entrance.

A female is preferred, however a mature, respectful male may be considered.

I have two cats and a friendly Australian Shepherd dog. You must be comfortable living with pets, as they share the common areas. I take full responsibility. No more pets.

Someone who does NOT work from home. Who is mature, independent, respectful. Is reliable and easy to live with. Who keeps shared spaces clean. Helps with snow shoveling. My brother handles the lawn care in the summer.
