I’m looking for a female to join me in my 1 bed, 1 bath plus den unit to replace my outgoing roommate! It’s located in a condo with 24 hour security, laundry in-suite and balcony. The room being offered is technically the den, but it’s a good size and has a big window. A closet is also included! Den is available unfurnished, or furnished for an extra $200 flat (includes all furniture in the pic).

This is a really lovely place that has pretty much anything you’re looking for out of a condo! Subway access is only a 30 second walk away for line 1 AND 2. The unit is also pet-friendly. You also get a bunch of condo amenities like a hot tub, pool, library/lounge, gym, meeting room and party room.

Location: near Yonge and Bloor intersection

Here’s some important details about the place:

• Desired move-in date: February 1st.
• Central Heat, Central AC and Water is included in the rent. Hydro and Wifi are extra (approx $45 per month altogether)
• Lease term is 12 months and continues automatically month to month.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• Proof of income, either from yourself, your guaruntor, or both.
• Credit check.
• Landlord references.
• Past rental history.
• Tenant Insurance (you can join mine which is already active! Only $15 a month.)
• Last month’s rent deposit (paid to the outgoing tenant that you’ll be replacing).

I consider myself to be a very friendly person. I’m a night owl, I like watching movies, singing, having video calls and playing video games after work at night. I’m pretty chill and will usually be fine with most things! I have friends over for movie nights here and there, but nothing crazy. If you’re a nice and friendly person that isn’t too picky about noise, we’ll get along great.
