Hi! I’m helping my two roommates find a new person to join their home in Cambridge. I’m moving out, and my spot is available as early as January 1st for a minimum one-year stay. It’s a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house with about 1,550 square feet of space. The whole place feels really high-end and open because of the 9-foot ceilings and the massive floor-to-ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light.

You would be taking over the master bedroom, which is very large and already comes furnished with a bed. The best part is that it has its own private en-suite bathroom, so you have plenty of your own space. The rest of the house is just as nice, especially the kitchen which features a peaceful view of the trees behind the property and comes with a brand-new fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. We also have a brand-new washer and dryer for the house to use.

The location is super convenient since we are very close to the Cambridge SmartCentres and have easy access to the 401. For parking, you’re all set with space in the driveway or the garage, plus there are plenty of visitor spots in the neighborhood for when you have guests over. Rent is $1,100 per month plus utilities. To keep things official, the landlord is looking for a rental application, credit check, employment letter, paystubs, references, and a key and damage deposit.

You’ll be sharing the house with two working professionals who are genuinely nice and easy to get along with. They’ve worked hard to create a really great atmosphere here, so we’re looking for one like-minded person to join the mix. They are both very clean, quiet, and respectful of personal space, making this a perfect home base if you value a calm environment after a long day at work.

The house is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free environment to keep everything fresh and tidy. Since the common areas are kept very organized, they are looking for a roommate who is naturally clean and responsible. It’s not a party house, but rather a professional and friendly space where everyone is respectful of each other’s schedules.
