This housing is for students only, and you will have to provide proof of enrolment at either Durham college or OntarioTech university to the landlord. 2 floors, 6 people in the unit. Each person gets their own room, sharing 2 bathrooms, 1 on each floor, both with shower and bathtub. Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are in the unit. The main area is furnished as well as the bathrooms, but individuals rooms are not, although you might be able to buy the furnishings from the previous tenant. WiFi is $16 a month, 1.5 Gbps download, 150 mbps upload. There is already a cat in the unit, neutered.

Currently just 2 guys, both 21. One is in software engineering and the other is in mechatronics engineering, both at OTU.
