The home features 1 shared bathroom (to share with 1 person) on the lower floor and one guest bathroom on the upper floor which features a toilet and a mirror and sink. The common area is spacious, bright, and decorated with a minimalist touch everything you need for a comfortable living experience. Both the house and the room are fully furnished. The room comes with a bed and there’s an built-in closet. There’s some storage space under the entrance staircase. The house is tidy and clean, and we’re looking for someone to do their part in keeping it that way. We’ve poured a lot of love into this space because, to us, home is a sanctuary, a place to recharge and relax. That’s the vibe we’ve cultivated here.

Neighborhood:

We’re located on 21st Avenue and Windsor Street, near the intersections of Kingsway and Glen Drive. There are four grocery stores nearby Save-On-Foods, No Frills, T&T, and several Asian markets just a block away. Glen Park is the closest green space, perfect for morning runs, meditation, or soaking up the sun.

Transit & Routes

The fastest routes to downtown are:

• Bus 19 to Science World • Bus 25 to King Edward Station

The commute is about 10–15 minutes to the station, and another 10–15 minutes to Waterfront or Granville. You can also take the 25 toward Nanaimo Station or hop on the 8 bus for alternative routes.

A Mexican and Portuguese guy in their early thirties. One of us works in journalism (mostly wfh), the other is going back to the aviation industry. We love the mix of social time and chill time occasional gatherings with friends and roommates, but also respecting each other’s space and privacy.
