Located on av du Mont-Royal, the apartment is steps away from Parc Jeanne-Mance and close to all the amenities the Plateau has to offer (Maxi, orange line, shops, cafes, etc). The apartment has three closed rooms, a kitchen, a very large living room and a private balcony in the back.
I am searching for a roommate who can join me in a sublet for Jan 1st. Ideally would like to live with someone responsible, reasonable, and willing to work as a team to keep the place in good shape : ) I am a 24 year old painter currently enrolled in francisation classes full time.

L’appartement comprend trois chambres fermées, une cuisine, un très grand salon et un balcon privé à l’arrière.
Je recherche un coloc qui peut me rejoindre sur le sous-location 1e janvier. Je voudrais vivre avec une personne responsable, raisonnable et disposée à travailler en équipe pour maintenir le logement propre : ) Je suis artistique peintre prendre le cours de francisation plein temps.

I am a young artist who is fairly new to the city. I’m currently enrolled in full time french courses and am having a blast learning a new language! As a roommate I’m fairly quiet and respectful of when my roommates need to sleep. I’ll want to use part of the office space as a painting studio, but don’t take up too much space and I would love to cowork in that space :)
