Renting out some space in my basement. There is a kitchen and bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom as well an additional bathroom upstairs. Fiber optic internet, central heating and AC, washer dryer, lots of natural light, plus extra space and I’m happy to share space, tools, my own kitchen and such if needed. There’s a grocery store next door, several restaurants, a pool, and more all within a short walk
