Leduc is a small town close to all amenities. I have two spare bedrooms that can be furnished or unfurnished, as long as your not bringing in garbage I don’t mind your having your own things id much rather furnish it for you less damage coming in and out of room . One room has a walk-in closet one room has a normal closet right now they’re both available there’s room upstairs that I will be taken care of it’s one full bathroom downstairs that we share and one half bathroom upstairs shared kitchen all using utilities are included in your rent the rent here is 1475 and I pay utilities on top so water power and which brings me to about little over 2,000 and they’re huge rooms it’s in a fourplex so we got upstairs and downstairs washer and dryer .

Im firm but fair, nice but not a push over as long as you pay your rent and keep your company to a limited circle meaning I don’t want people coming in and out of here this isn’t going to be a squatting environment its a safe place if you need a safe place this is a safest place you could pick I cook i clean and i respect ones personal space . I don’t put up with games I have incredible instincts and can smell a liar a mile away .I do my online schooling working on homeless project right now I don’t need no drama I do play my guitar I do sing sometimes I don’t mind having a good time I don’t mind other people having a good time in their rooms as long as everyone is respectful and I have no issues if your paying your own way and respect my home as it it my sanctuary ! I might come off a little strong right now but I’m just tired of getting screwed over and this is how it is somebody wants to be respectful and wants to pay the rent then by all means give me a call reach out to me but this life is tough is enough as it is without us making it harder I want responsible hardworking people to apply and I need references as long as you’re straight up honest I’ll never judge you don’t be afraid to try you never know what God has in store for us!
