My wife and I have a 2 bdrm basement apt in Canmore that we are looking for a roommate to share with us to offset costs. Preferably just a room for 1 person. Comes fully furnished…just add your own linens. You will also need your own content/renters insurance. The home is for sale and the lease is good til end of Feb. Nothing set in stone yet on a sale though.

We are a “mature” couple that have recently moved to AB from ON and love adventure. Outdoors, nature and Good Music. Nothing wrong with a mini kitchen dance party. We are quiet, clean and employed hehe We are also hoping to find a roomie that, if the house sells, we could look for future accommodations with.
