I am looking to assign my lease for a bed in a shared bedroom in Whistler.

The room is located right next to the bus stop to the village and rent is 1300/month, all bills included. However, there is a possibility to go lower. The rental term is from now on, until May, with possibility to extend.

All roommates are really nice and outgoing and it‘s a great shared living experience. I am only leaving the place, because I‘ll be moving in with a friend.
