Early 1900s house with quirks to match. Shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. House is unfortunately not very accessability friendly as the room is upstairs, laundry is downstairs, and there are stairs at both entrances. There are large open shared spaces good for having people over including, a nice yard pre equipped to garden if you have a green thumb, a clothes line for summer, and a bbq. 5 min walk to 22nd skytrain station. Shared driveway.

I myself am a quiet queer nerd in my early 30s, while I am used to keeping to myself overall, I would enjoy a roomie who is up to socilizing. I love movies and board games. There is another resident in the seperated basement suite and a 3rd room in the main house that is rented as an occasional room for my parents who live on the Island.

Two small accomodations I request, one please no scented laundry detergent; two, I am celiac so while I will not ban gluten from the house please limit it to precooked things like bread or use your own pans/pots/utensils. Thank you so much for understanding!
