This is located near two different subway stations and Christie Pitts Park! Great Seaton Village location! Basement is private and so is your bathroom! It is a great area near stores, restaurants etc.

I am the roommate, and I live there with my hypoallergenic dog! I am fun, kind, funny and direct in nature! Would love to occasionally share meals as we would share the kitchen and laundry, but we would also have lots of private time! I am a social introvert, who likes intentional time together but also our own space and luckily we each have our own private parts of the house.
