Looking for reliable, responsible tenant with no objections to providing background/credit check / verified references This three bedroom 1 & one 1/1 bathroom house in a quiet residential area close to Trenton air base is offering a furnished bed/sitting room. Fully furnished. BRAND NEW BED! Share the rest of the house - kitchen etc and privately fenced yard with use of lawn furniture and Barbecue. Key provided for your bedroom door for added security. There is one parking spot that could be available at no extra charge ( ask about it) Offers NEW bed, with new heated mattress pad and or new electric blanket. This is no indication that the room is cold by any means. This is just for your comfort. Also, bedside table, lamp, reclining chair, (will be placed in room once rented) dresser, desk and TV in room. All you need to bring are your personal items. Clean, quality linen (purchased for new bed/) towels / facecloths provided. Large kitchen to share as well as bathrooms. You do not have to bring your own condiments unless there is something that you use that I do not have.
I am a smoker, working on eliminating this habit) obviously smoking is allowed.
Sitting room does not show recliner, new area carpet or dresser lamp as they were added after pictures were taken.
Laundry facilities and internet included. Air conditioned home Can provide a bit of storage room if required.

About the roomies
Female owner with well behaved six month old pup. No other tenants. Only looking for one tenant to rent with me.
