Fully furnished. BRAND NEW BED! Share the rest of the house - kitchen etc and privately fenced yard with use of lawn furniture and Barbecue. There is one parking spot that could be available at no extra charge ( ask about it) Offers bed, bedside table, lamp, reclining chair, dresser, desk if you want it left in the room and TV in room. All you need to bring are your personal items. Clean, beautiful linen (purchased for new bed/) towels / facecloths provided. Large kitchen to share as well as bathrooms.

I am a smoker, so obviously smoking is allowed.
