About the room

The appartment is located on the Plateau Mont-Royal. Near the Mont royal metro station. We have access to 4 bus transit ligns and we’re a 15 minutes walk from the metro.

We also have access to a lot of groceries shop, pharmacy, coffee shop and other utilities stores. Good neighboorhood. Never had any problems whatsoever.

I am looking to rent for the 1st of january but open to a mooving date into january (max 10 th of january.) The price for the first month will be ajustable wether you’re mooving on the 1st or the 10th.)

But full price is required for the others months. 🙂 Non smoker building.

About the roomies

We’re two students and part time worker. I live with my other male roomate William. Who’s a musician and a full time student like me. We are both very kind and respectful roomates. We speak when there’s a problem to speak about, and we always try to help each other as we can. Never had any big problems with my other roomate, we’re both respectful and calm people, but we love to have a chat from time to time. 😊
