This is a furnished room (XL twin bed with mattress; night table; desk; chair; dresser; book shelf; wardrobe with hangers; floor lamp) with a large window. It is in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, female-only condo apartment. Storage for personal items is available in shared areas (kitchen, bathroom). Condo amenities include a library and an indoors pool. Rental fee covers the room, utilities (water, electricity), access to mailbox and building amenities (including library and indoor swimming pool).

Current bonuses include wifi, tv, and cleaning supplies. Additional privileges are available for an extra fee (examples: use of pots/pans, printing, rental of indoors parking).

I’m a tidy and quiet person with a witty sense of humor. I work full-time for the federal government. In my free time, I like to cook, travel, read, watch documentaries and movies, and do volunteering, among other things. I also play music (ukulele, guitar) and sing! I’m happy to chat and do activities with roommates, if they’re so inclined, where there are shared interests and availabilities.
