It’s a 5-minute walk from Wellesley Station on Line 1 in downtown Toronto. The neighbourhood has many stores for groceries and everyday essentials within a short walk, and a very good (and growing) selection of restaurants.

The apartment is also walking distance to both TMU and U of T, and a 20-minute walk to the financial district.

The room is $1,430.63 + utilities, is rent-controlled and easily fits a queen bed + desk, which are available if interested.
