The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath bi-level located in the Beltline 🏙️. It’s fully furnished, and the bedroom can also be furnished for an additional fee 🛋️.

The building is secure, just one block from 17th Ave and about a 10-minute walk to the train 🚶‍♀️🚆. There’s also a gym and community spaces available for residents 💪✨.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, but also knows how to have fun 🎉 and is willing to sign onto the lease. Female roommate only—I apologize, but I likely won’t respond to male applicants as it has unfortunately become a waste of time.

To be fully transparent: we’ve had several international roommates over the past year who planned to stay long term but moved out of the city after about 3 months. Because of this, we are prioritizing applicants who have been in Canada for more than 2 years 🇨🇦 and who can meet all requirements to sign a one-year lease with Boardwalk. We’re hoping to find someone we can build a genuine roommate relationship with, and the repeated lease paperwork has been quite exhausting.
