Looking for someone to sublet my room to starting Jan 2026. The sublet term can end at latest August 2026. It’s at the basement floor of a townhouse (but there be a window!). The place was renovated in the last few years so it’s pretty nice.

• $1080 room plus utilities (~$50 per month), duration: 4-8 month sublease
• 5 mins from Christie station in Koreatown (~20 mins from financial district Toronto)
• shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, in unit washer and dryer
• room will be furnished (bed + mattress, desk, office chair)

There are two other female housemates- both students (one in their 30s and the other in their 40s), each with their own cats (must be okay with cats). If you are neat, keep it fairly quiet as a roommate and laid back, you’ll be a good fit :)
