This room is one of 3 on the second floor of a multi-unit house in a residential area just off of St. Clair Avenue. The room has a closet and a nice big window! There is a streetlight just outside but I installed a blackout curtain, which I will be leaving for the next tenant. There is one very large bathroom with plenty of storage. There is shared laundry in the basement of the building–$2.75 per wash and dryer is free! The next door neighbours have dogs which can be a little noisy but otherwise harmless. One of the best parts is the location: steps away from the 512 streetcar, 29 Dufferin and 63 Ossington buses. A tenant in one of the lower-level units planted a garden this summer! He is very kind and helpful.

I have spent 3 and a half wonderful years at this apartment but it is time for me to move on! My two roommates and I are like sisters, they are so supportive and lovely; such amazing people. They’ve made the trials and tribulations of young adulthood fun and special, you will be lucky to get to know them! Maggie is a PhD student studying film at UofT and Meg works multiple jobs in the city! They are both incredibly clever and capable. Also, Maggie has a cat named Cranberry–she absolutely adores people and has a big zany personality!
