Air conditioning, great park-like view of extensive gardens, faces South, so you get lots of sunshine; room is private and you’d be the sole occupant . Walk straight into the lounge/dining area and recreational space (all shared with just one other roommate, who lives on the top floor-that’s me !!🙂

I’m pretty quiet, and unobtrusive, but happy to be social if you would like. We can share coffee, tea and even some meals together, if that fits with your plans, and can put up with my quite amateur cooking; and/or we can alternate -whatever works. I don’t have a vehicle, so I use my bicycle for most of my shopping (both handlebars fully loaded, usually weighing more than my quite heavy bike). If it’s too much, I’ll take a “wheelie” and either walk to the mall, or to the Danforth. If I’m feeling lazy, I’ll take the bus/streetcar. But that’s pretty rare. Cycling and walking are major sources of exercise for me (although it’s getting a bit chilly now: I might get back to public swimming, in the Billy Bishop sports centre, down the road, for the next few winter months. TTC will take us most of the way! What else? Did I say I love music- many genres, but nothing too loud - I m aware that musical tastes can vary, so I try to avoid anything which others might find obtrusive . I also have a private sound system in my room, so noise for you shouldn’t pose a problem!
