One room on the first floor of a wonderful house is available. Very bright with three windows and a beautiful wooden floor. You would have you own deck and we are looking for somebody kind and clean. The house is on a quiet street close to Queen east and Broadview - it’s a great neighbourhood.
The first floor will be shared with me: I am a young professional (34 years), just moved to Toronto 4 weeks ago and I am very quiet and friendly. I like it clean and you would be sharing the bathroom with me. The landlord is living in the basement and one more friendly tenant lives in an apartment on the topfloor (she has her own kitchen and bathroom). The landlord has a studio on the mainfloor which he uses for dancing and we are welcome to use it for yoga or dancing, too. He has his own kitchen in the basement but he is so friendly and sometimes we are cooking together. We are a very friendly house; and I already feel like home here. There is also a washingmashine and a dryer in the basement.
