The kitchen has full appliances: fridge, stove, hood, microwave. The apartment will initially come unfurnished, individuals with their own furniture are welcome, cats are also welcome but limited to one pet. A paid parking space can be provided upon request.

The apartment is right by freshco and other basic amenities in walking distance, laundry is in the building basement and is coin operated. The 14 st laurent bus stop is also right outside the house. Downtown is always a 20min walk away or a 10min bus ride, a prime location for downtown entertainment in a walkable distance!
