This room can be furnished with a desk + chair, bed, and dresser, or come unfurnished. Whichever works best for you! The room is located on the second floor. A bathroom with a double vanity and tub shower will be shared with one other person. A half bath is located on the first level as well. Completely furnished common areas and in-unit laundry available! Parking Available; spring-fall road parking Located near the 16, 31, and 32 bus routes and only a 25 minute walk to Queen’s campus.

We are both students in our upper years, who are serious about our studies. We are both quiet and like our common areas to be kept clean. This is a pet-friendly house! We have a bunny who is kept in one of our rooms and two cats who roam the house. All are very well behaved and consistently kept after. We’re open to students and those who aren’t, anyone is welcome!
