Humble. Cheap. A good way to get your bearings if you are new to victoria and don’t want to make long term housing arrangements quite yet. Two side by side campers IE “tiny home” size with bathroom, kitchen, queen bed you have to crawl up into. Owner prefers to exchange an hour of help a day 6 days a week (that’s my option) and no cash rent. Your dog might be considered. Half km to small shopping centre with big grocery, quite a few fast food places, gym, liquor store, dollar store, etc. Also where you get 4 good buses for connection east, west, downtown, and uptown. No smoke, no toke, no nightly boozing, no parties quiet farm in a quiet farming area.
