Half km to small shopping centre with big grocery, quite a few fast food places, gym, liquor store, dollar store, etc. Also where you get 4 good buses for connection east, west, downtown, and uptown. No smoke, no toke, no nightly boozing, no parties quiet farm in a quiet farming area.
