DIY level drywall patching, replumbing kitchen sink after conversion from single to double, swapping off a bathroom pedastal sink, fixing the odd door. Would be asking for 4 hours/week of your effort in addition to the cash rent.
I checked background check not for a formal document but to let you know that i will be doing reference checks prior to move in.
Please look at the pictures. This is not a “bro den” =its like staying at your great aunt’s place. She expects you to be well behaved, eh? You wouldn’t sneak around and smoke or use marijuana or have overnight guests or parites if she asked you not to.
Who would this suit? Someone here for that period of time, Someone working out a “break up, don’t break up” situation. Someone coming out to victoria early with spouse to follow.

Please note: the actual room count is 2 bedrooms and a tiny “den” the actual bath count is 1.5 the square footage is 1100. For this price you can rent a 500 sq foot dingy basement “studio” or enjoy a nice sunny roomy townhouse.
Parking: there is one numbered dedicated parking space that you will always be able to pull right into. Most all pick ups will fit; if you have a larger work truck or van please describe.
