The ideal Individual is responsible, clean, tidy/organized, pleasant and quiet. It is preferred to have someone that is close in age plus or minus about 6 years either older or younger but age is not a deal breaker. New roommate must be LGBTQ friendly/ accepting.

Likes to spend lots of time at the gym and eating healthy and sticking to meal prep. Values alone time and likes to keep to self. Likes to listen music to start the day. Some of my favourite artists are Megan thee stallion, doja cat, glorilla, pink, Ariana grande, lady gaga. I’m not the type to party or drink and would ideally like someone that is the same.
