Furnished room with single bed and 3-piece bathroom - $800/month + $200 security deposit.

The room is for a single mature professional female only. Female college and/or university students are welcome.

Available now for short or long-term renting. A letter of employment and references are required.

The rent includes heating and air conditioning, HS internet, utilities/laundry, and parking.

Other shared common areas include the kitchen, dining room and living room. Outdoor BBQ on the pergola deck - in the summer.

The renter is a healthy and mature person who has a full-time employment, is clean in appearance and is respectful of others.

The renter should be a calm and quiet person. There should be no fighting, screaming, yelling, talking, singing or playing music out loud, and respect for others who live peacefully and quietly in the house.

The renter is responsible for keeping any respective room clean in the house after use, and at the end of the term, the bedroom and bathroom.

The renter should not be involved with drugs, alcohol, smoking cigarettes, weed, cocaine, etc. There should be NO party and NO stay over, male or female friends or relatives. NO criminals, scammers, fraudsters, sex workers, etc.

The renter should NOT use the facility for any other type of business activity.

The home is located in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood in Newmarket. Walking distance of the Viva bus stops @ Yonge and Savage, to the Nokiidaa Bike and Tom Taylor Trails and boardwalk, and downtown Newmarket.

Walking distance to Nature Emporium, Metro & Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, etc. A 15-minute bus ride to the Upper Canada Mall.

COVID-19 Measures: Proof of vaccination is required. No flu, sickness, COVID-19 symptoms, etc., for the meeting and seeing the place.
