Very centrally located near Mooney’s bay, this community-oriented neighbourhood, steps from the Hogs back Falls, ski trails/bike trail and a short walk to Carleton U. Bus routes 111 and 112 are right in front of the building. Grocery stores, Tim Hortons, and McDonald’s (Mooney’s Bay area) within walking distance. Laundry in building; pool as well.

The sunny furnished bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. Available for single occupancy for medium-term rental Jan - May. I will be travelling for some of rental term.
