Huge room with queen bed included, an ensuite with a large tub and beautiful shower. You’d have the top floor of the townhouse to yourself (including the ensuite), and share a bathroom, kitchen, living room, the patio, garden, dining room, storage room, and a large office space. Comes fully furnished :)

Open to couples as well, but the price will change if more than one person is renting out the space!

You’d only be sharing with one other person, who is a young professional and quite active (and loves to bake). Engages in plenty of hobbies which you could share if you’re looking for that!

The landlord is also fantastic; always responsive and has even given us money back on a few occasions when we’ve overpaid. Usually responds to emails within a few minutes, never more than a few hours.
