About the room
Renting out my master bedroom in a three bedroom townhouse just built for the first people to occupy it. The building is pet friendly I have one lab. I also have a six-year-old son. We are gone all day until about five or six and we like to keep busy on the weekends. I’m pretty clean and I like to cook homemade meals often that I’m always down to share. Another dog would be allowed upon landlord approval. Utilities included parking would be extra unless you choose to park in the parking lot across the street.
