Well, its a 45’ Yacht. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms Full kitchen. Quiet marina with locked gate, close to transit and corner store, community center and gym. Hot tub on the front and very chill neighbors. Its a floating community that is great for the right type of person.
About the roomies
No roommates at this time, it could be all yours. I have had the boat for 9 years and lived on it for most of that time. Its got heat and great shower. Just looking for a respectful person to live on it. As a bonus we could even take it out a bit in the summer time if our views align 😲🤩😀
