The living room is fully furnished with modern furniture and tasteful decor, creating a clean, cozy, and homely space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a coffee maker. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and comes with air conditioning for the summer months.
The location is a big highlight. The building is about a 3-minute walk to Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain Station and is very convenient for SFU Burnaby students. Grocery stores, banks, and other everyday essentials are located right under the towers. The building also offers great amenities, including a well-equipped commercial-style gym, games room, and other social spaces. Viewings are welcome!
About the roomies
I’m a working professional living in the primary bedroom of this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment and I work fully remotely. I’m respectful, clean, and easygoing, and I value a calm, comfortable home environment.
