We have one room available in our 4-bedroom house, located close to Clayton Park, available from 1 January for immediate move-in. Short-term or long-term stays welcome. Rent is $850 and includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating, WiFi) and the room has a closet. The house has in-house laundry and a kitchen ( must have your own utensils for cooking and dining).The washroom is shared among three people in total. Street parking is available, but there is no driveway parking, and tenants may need to navigate winter snow/ice conditions on the street. No lease required, month-to-month rental. First month’s rent + security deposit required ( usually half of the total rent).
