Roughly 700 sq ft bedroom (size of a “typical 1 bedroom condo in the GTA”.. yes .. your bedroom is the size of a 1 bedroom condo now days smh…).

You have your own “private living room” with your bedroom within the space (given its roughly 700 sq ft … so make great use of it!) you also have access to a large shared living room, office space/den/study area, kitchen and bathroom. Yes, the the living room, office space/den/study kitchen and the bathroom is shared. Yes, we all share the space and respect each other meaning we live together as a family. Yes communication, respect, kindness, cleanliness, fun and RESPECT is us. Yes, the rent includes internet, hydro, water, laundry. Parking is extra if needed. No smoking anything inside the house (outside no problemo). No pets. No drama. ***Respectful environment. Family neighborhood.

Located right by Kipling station and the 427hwy. Walking distance to stores and entertainment. TTC, HWY etc.

There is parking available at an extra cost.

We are a mix of student and full time professional shared space. Very quiet but fun and very respectful. We live like a family and are looking for a great new addition.
