👀 Looking for: A male or female, clean, respectful and easy going working professional.

You’ll have your own private bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, plus access to shared living space, a small den, and in-unit laundry. Building amenities include a gym, yoga room, study lounges, BBQ terrace, party room, and 24/7 concierge.

Rent is $1300 plus utilities. You will be co-signing a lease with me for a year.

The building is a 5 minute walk to Eaton Centre and the nearest TTC station. There are a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and a cineplex within 5 minutes of walking distance as well.

I’m a 28 year old male, work in digital marketing(hybrid), I like keeping the house clean and I’m looking for someone who values cleanliness too. During the week I prefer to keep it low because I work 9-5 but on the weekends I like going out, meeting friends or even a chill movie night at home.

I value open communication and looking to be friends with my roommate.
