A walk away from all the financial buildings, theatres and union station. The building has a concierge and fitness centre along with a rentable lounge on the 3rd floor. Comes with your own closet and fully furnished. Utilities and high speed wifi all included. In unit laundry. Has access to balcony but no smoking is permitted on or near the building. It’s a month to month lease but I’m hoping to find someone who will stay for more than just a few months.

About me: I am the current lease holder. I am an aquarist and diver at Ripleys aquarium of Canada and a big nerd. I spend most of my time reading or playing video games. I’m hoping the apartment will be a quiet, calm and friendly space.
