1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom condominium for sublet in the heart of downtown Toronto from March 1st. Located right next to the King st west and blue jays way intersection. A walk away from all the financial buildings, theatres and union station. It’s truly in the heart of Toronto! The building has a concierge and fitness centre along with a rentable lounge on the 3rd floor. Comes with your own closet and fully furnished including tv! Utilities and high speed wifi all included. In unit laundry. Has access to balcony but no smoking is permitted on or near the building. It’s a month to month lease but I’m hoping to find someone who will stay for more than just a few months.
About the roomies
About me: I am the current lease holder. I am an aquarist and diver at Ripleys aquarium of Canada and a big nerd. I spend most of my time reading or playing video games. I’m hoping the apartment will be a quiet, calm and friendly space.
