The room is on the top floor. Also the biggest bedroom in the house. Large closet. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to all amenities and bus route. Bathroom upstairs is the only one with a shower that’s all I use it for but one other renter you’ll have to share it with. We share the rest of the house. Laundry in house and shared. Also a non energized parking stall available if you have a vehicle. Perfect for a student as LRT isnt far away. Utilities and wifi included in room rental. I dont have cable if you want it you pay for it. Also another room upstairs that can be used for storage. Roommate that’s moving out owns some furniture and going with her so if you have furniture and are storing it you’re welcome to bring it.

I work days Monday thru friday and gone every weekend until sunday evening. So won’t see mych of me. Other roommate works weekdays as well but home every night and weekends.
