-Private furnished room in a shared 3-br apartment. $900/month total (fixed until April 2027). Includes: rent, furniture, internet, tenant insurance share, water (furniture includes queen-size bed/mattress, dresser, bedside table, desk, computer chair, and an extra low table and chair). Hydro shared fairly among roommates. Parking available for $100/month (optional). Quiet, respectful and clean household. Will need a credit score check and proof of financial responsibility. Area is near along Don Mills Rd. and Eglinton Ave.; close to bus stops 72 and 25/925 (less than 5-minute walk); 10–15-minute drive to downtown and nearest hospitals (NYGH/Sunnybrook); less than a 5-minute walk from Flemingdon Park and Flemingdon Park Plaza (has supermarket, medical and dental clinic, dollar stores, churches, schools, Shoppers Drug Mart, McDonald’s, Subway, Tims, etc.); also close to other nearby parks and trails

Note: The rent portion follows Ontario rent control guidelines. Any guideline rent increases up to April 2027 will not affect the total monthly payment of $900.

We are two young female adults who are friendly, approachable, easy-going, and sociable (when our social meter permits it). We are gamers and nerds in our own ways. If not working, we would do chores, run errands, play games and/or chilling on the couch. We are not judgemental and respect each other as well as our home. :)
