Our apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a house so there are two flights of stairs going up to the bedroom. The 2nd floor has one bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen, living room, a pretty big patio, and laundry. The 3rd floor has two bedrooms. You’ll have access to the backyard shed where you can store a bike. We also have a driveway for parking.
We are a covid conscious household and are/have immunocompromised folks in our lives. This means we’re masking on public transit and in crowded indoor environments, testing when we’re sick and masking in common areas when sick. This is also a non-smoking home but if you smoke it can be done outside on the patio. We would prefer no alcohol stored in the house in common areas as we are both sober. We would also like someone who is as reasonably quiet and clean as we are. We have 2 old lady indoor cats, Mina (13) and Mirchi (11) who won’t get along well with a dog or another cat and will try to stalk/hunt any prey animals in tanks (sorry).
