Looking for a roommate in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house in Maple Crest 2 females in our early 40s looking for a roommate. Located Southside by Tamarack in Maple Crest.

3 bed, 2.5 bath house. You will have access to all common areas. Kitchen, Livingroom and bonus room, both with tv. Netflix and Prime. Wifi included.

Room has a mattress if you want to use it. Has a small desk and side table. There is also a tv in there you can use. Street parking. Bus stop less than a 5 minute walk. .

Use of all kitchen utensils and dishes etc. Laundry on upper floor. You will share bathroom with just one other person.

We both work 2 jobs, are clean and tidy and quiet. We don’t smoke, drink or party. Prefer someome who is the same. We are both from the East Coast. Cape Breton and Newfoundland so we are both very friendly! 😀

Rent will be $800/ month which includes utilities/wifi etc. Plus a $500 Damage Deposit.
