About the room
A furnished room with own toilet in a quiet neighborhood is available Jan. 1, 2026. The rent $1,000/month includes utilities and wifi. The kitchen and living room is shared with two other young gentlemen.
It is 22 minutes walk to UFV-Abbotsford. It is very close to highway 1, near restaurants, convenience stores, McCallum Junction, city bus stop to/from UFV and bus exchange to Chilliwack and Vancouver. It is also a short drive to Abbotsford Regional Hospital and the Abbotsford International Airport, including pilot schools.
Please do not bring big furniture as the room is fully furnished! Beddings shown in the picture are included if you want to use them.
While washroom and kitchen/living are cleaned weekly, you need to help in cleaning after yourself. Toilet paper is supplied!
We have a mini dachshund who could be barking at times. The dog stays upstairs, while this room is downstairs.
About the roomies
The landlord, along with his wife, daughter, and dog, lives upstairs. They are quiet, drama‑free working professionals and may invite you to join them for meals on important holidays.
