I am in my late 40s. My roommate Joel is as well. We are both calm, peaceful people. I drink occasionally & smoke weed. Joel does not drink or smoke. My girlfriend moved out recently unfortunately which is why we are looking for someone to rent the spare room. We are both musicians but we don’t make noise late at night. We mostly keep to ourselves as we enjoy privacy but are not opposed to socializing. We keep the place clean but are not neurotic about it.
