The apartment is on the top floor of a three story building, the building has shared laundry room, its beautiful old building, and the apartment has ten ft ceilings (if not more). Located on the corner of Melrose and Monkland, we’re situated right in the middle of NDG. In summer, Monkland becomes a walking street and has many events in the area. During winter, there’s less foot traffic and the area gets a little more quiet. It’s ten minute walk to Villa-Maria metro station.

I’m a full time student, who also works. I love meeting new people and going out. I have two cats (they’re Cornish rex and hypoallergenic) but they’re super social to humans and animals. The entire building is full of super friendly people, I’ve never had any problem with any of them.
